Health and Fitness 2013

I have set myself a goal for April.  To walk/run/jog 50km.  Track my progress above.  I wold also like to lose 3kg.

To do this I am going to incorporate the following principles:

1. Clean Eating

2. No Drinking Wine - for at at least one month. This will be my hardest challenge.

 3. Get Active - get out there and pound that pavement and go to the gym


4. Be Consistent.  Small amounts often is better than large amounts rarely.

5. Setting Goals.  My first goal is to clock up 50km in April and lose 3kg.

None of the above take a genius to work out, will add up to better health.  This will in turn give me a better head space.  The whole family will benefit.
